I’m Charlie Grist, a founder and product engineer focused on AI products, automation, and quality-first delivery.

I started in enterprise QA across government services, transport ticketing, and AV collaboration systems, then moved into building cloud-native products for real users. Today I work across AI assistants, retrieval systems, and practical automation for high-friction workflows.

• Built SellerAssistant.io and helped users generate $410,809 in Etsy sales through workflow automation
• Founded melbah.com, shipped 750+ Kickstarter-backed hardware units, and exited the business in 2026

Background

Before founding products, I led and contributed to QA and verification programs at Biamp, Services Australia, and Cubic CTS, including Microsoft Teams/Zoom certification and payment certification streams (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).
